What is a lived experience of quality in the built environment?
In the context of this project, « lived experience of quality » refers to a personal knowledge, to the perceptions and feelings experienced in the environments in which we live, work, learn and play. We only collect positive lived experiences at this stage, as we want to better understand what matters to you in our living environments.
Why does your experience matter for improving quality?
Common definitions of quality are based on expert views that often overlook specific needs and individual experiences in favor of a broad perception. Our approach is bottom-up because we believe that listening to personal experiences of quality is a good way to break down silos.
