Melissa Lengies, one of the former research assistants presented her thesis, “Memories and Renewal: Equitable Development for Montreal’s Chinatown”, in Montreal last December. She worked with Montreal’s Chinatown community members for her Master of Architecture thesis, which includes a design for the adaptive re-use of a group of buildings in the historic Chinatown neighborhood.
