Pierre Corriveau

In private practice since 1982, Pierre Corriveau opened his own office in 1995, which has since become CGA architects, of which he is a partner. His portfolio includes interventions of all kinds, mainly in the institutional and cultural fields. His skills as a practitioner are recognized and exploited by the architectural community. He has been a member of the Canadian Architectural Certification Board, the Bureau de l'Ordre des architectes du Québec, and a member of the Editorial Board of both editions of the Canadian Handbook of Practice. He has taught at the School of Architecture of the Université de Montréal and is a guest critic at various schools of architecture and colleges. In 2002, he became a member of the Jacques Viger Committee (then the Architecture and Urban Planning Committee) of the City of Montreal, of which he was president from 2014 to 2019. Pierre Corriveau was named a Fellow of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada in 2011. His term as president of the OAQ was renewed in 2022.
